我审阅了当前创建无偏星系团样本的一些努力。读者可参考其他关于广域天空 surveys 和红移 surveys 的一般性文献，以及关于 Sunyaev-Zeldovich、射电、红外和亚毫米 surveys 的文献，其中一些并非主要为寻找星系团而设计。我的重点将放在光学和 X 射线样本以及高红移星系团上。
