手征对称性恢复与sigma介子

摘要
sigma介子在真空中至多是一个宽共振，在有限温度和重子密度下可能遭受显著的紅移，并表现为一个软而窄的集体模式。我们讨论了这种软化现象背后的物理及其与手征对称性部分恢复的关系。还总结了在实验室中检验这一想法的可能实验。
