石墨烯/硅结的化学掺杂与增强的太阳能转换

摘要
研究了石墨烯薄膜的化学掺杂对石墨烯/硅肖特基结太阳能电池光伏特性的影响。氯化亚砜修饰极大地增强了石墨烯薄膜的电导率,导致电池性能显著提升,转换效率提高了3倍(高达3.9%),并具有良好的短期稳定性。
