摘要

我们报告了对一维半导体 (NbSe4)3I 的宽带介电光谱研究。在结构相变近 270 K 的温度以下，我们观察到介电常数极大，具有与典型库仑密度波系统相同的频率和温度依赖性。根据结构细节，我们将该结构相变解释为由复杂的电荷有序过程驱动。
