面向CE$\nu$NS探测的铝制微波SQUID多路复用器表征

摘要

我们展示了一种基于铝的六通道微波SQUID多路复用器(μ\muMUX)原型的设计、制造与表征,用于RICOCHET实验中的过渡态传感器(TES)读出。该装置由铝制的介质波导共面波导共振器和RF SQUID组成,包含Dolan式Al/AlOx_x/Al结对结晶管。通过在不同探测音调频率、功率和通量偏置点处测量共振器散射参数,我们证明了装置响应与现有多路复用器模型之间的一致性。我们还对开环和通量斜坡模式下的噪声性能进行了表征。使用高电子迁移率晶体管(HEMT)放大器,开环测量结果表明通量灵敏度为1-1.5μΦ0\mu\Phi_0/Hz。通过通量斜坡调制,可抑制低频1/f噪声,通量灵敏度约为3-4μΦ0\mu\Phi_0/Hz,对应输入线圈电流灵敏度为24-33 pA/Hz。我们进一步演示了在μ\muMUX与HEMT之间集成Josephson traveling-wave参数放大器(JTWPA)后,可实现读出噪声降低。该装置实现开环通量灵敏度为0.3-0.6μΦ0\mu\Phi_0/Hz,有效系统噪声温度低于1 K。这些结果表明,铝制mu\\muMUX装置是低噪声冷却探测器阵列的可行且可扩展的读出技术。
