长期试验中不同种植系统的变化：统计分析的原理与意义

摘要
Agriculture 4.0 without chemical synthetical plant protection (NOcsPS) 项目测试了多种避免使用化学合成农药同时使用矿物肥料的种植系统。实验于2020年开始（2019年秋季播种）。2024年（2023年秋季播种）时，部分种植系统被修改。该实验的分析可使用线性混合模型进行。为了将2020-2023年的数据与2024年起的修改后系统数据纳入联合分析，需要重新考虑混合建模方法。本文为此开发了模型。其关键特征是利用网络荟萃分析的概念，允许对不同年份的系统进行直接和间接比较的组合。该方法首先通过一个玩具示例加以说明，随后对Dahnsdorf和Hohenheim两个试验站的数据进行了详细分析。
