摘要
在竞争环境中，公司已日益重视作为战略性的 IT 部门及其交付的资源。因此，IT 成为公司内的一个活体。该部门在此情景下承受持续变化。这些变化可能发生在 IT 部门内部，也可能发生在 IT 对公司其他部门的影响中。对于这两种情景，良好的变更控制以避免不必要的麻烦和开销十分重要。本文旨在通过案例研究，展示在巴西一家大型政府公司的信息技术环境中实施变更管理与控制流程所获得的收益和结果。
