摘要：大多数细胞任务并非由单个蛋白质执行，而是由功能相关蛋白质组完成，常被称为模块。在蛋白质关联网络中，模块表现为密集互连的节点群，亦称社群或簇。这些模块常彼此重叠并形成自身网络，其中节点（连边）代表模块（重叠）。我们介绍CFinder，一个快速定位并可视化无向图中重叠、密集互连节点群的程序，并允许用户轻松在原始图与这些群的网之间导航。我们展示在基因（蛋白质）关联网络中CFinder可用于预测单个蛋白质的功能及发现新模块。CFinder在定位大型稀疏图的团方面亦非常高效。可用性：CFinder（适用于Windows、Linux和Macintosh）及其手册可从 http://angel.elte.hu/clustering 下载。联系：[email protected]
