CdS 纳米晶:合成、结构与非线性光学性质

摘要

我们报道了在有和无洗涤剂 ATLAS G3300 条件下电化学合成的硫化镉(CdS)纳米晶(NCs)的合成、结构及非线性光学性质。通过 X 射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)技术探究了相关的结构与形貌特征。二次谐波产生(SHG)的效率似乎强烈依赖于入射基频激光辐射的能量密度和 NC 尺寸。
