原子氢束的热力学计量线探测器

摘要

描述了一种用于测量原子氢束的最小侵入性热力学计量探测器。该热力学计量器通过测量氢原子在薄线上复合为分子时释放的热量。作为演示,通过将探测线在束中平移来测量峰强度约为 1016atoms/(cm2s)10^{16} \,{\rm{atoms}}/{({\rm{cm}}^2 \rm{s})} 的束的角分布。数据与来自热源的原子氢束的解析模型良好一致。利用该束形模型,可将束的相对强度在任意角度上以5%精度或更好精度确定。
