方解石单晶作为原子尺度药物包埋与缓释的载体

摘要

本研究对作为 pH 响应型药物载体的阿霉素-CaCO3_3 单晶进行了完整的结构与生物学表征。采用仿生方法证明,方解石单晶在生长过程中若有阿霉素存在,能够沿特定晶体学方向将药物分子包埋于其晶格内部。高分辨率同步辐射粉末衍射测量确定了晶格畸变和微观结构参数。共聚焦显微镜证实阿霉素均匀嵌入晶体内部,而不仅仅吸附在晶体表面。获得了阿霉素的缓慢释放,且释放优先发生在晶体附近,从而靶向癌细胞。
