金刚石中单个NV色心的聚束与反聚束

摘要
我们研究了金刚石中单个N-V色心发射的荧光光子相对于光激发功率的相关性。自关联函数在短时间显示出清晰的光子反聚束,证明了发射中心的唯一性。我们也报道了一种涉及陷阱能级的光子聚束效应。使用N-V色心能级布居的速率方程所作的分析显示了速率方程系数对强度的依赖性。
