工作记忆中脑状态稳定性由网络控制理论解释、受多巴胺 D1/D2 受体功能调制并在精神分裂症中减弱

摘要

动态脑状态转换对灵活的工作记忆至关重要,但其网络机制尚不完全清楚。本文中,我们展示工作记忆需要全脑范围内活动状态之间的切换。状态的稳定性与多巴胺 D1 受体基因表达相关,而状态转换受 D2 受体表达与药物调制影响。精神分裂症患者表现出改变的网络控制特性,包括更具多样性的能量景观以及工作记忆表征稳定性的降低。
