摘要
文献中的不同作者已经探讨了业务流程建模中的可变性问题。根据每位作者面对建模问题的具体背景，我们发现了不同的方法（C-EPC、C-YAWL、FEATURE-EPC、PESOA、PROVOP或WORKLETS）。在本报告中，我们介绍了四种最具代表性的方法（C-EPC、PESOA、PROVOP和WORKLETS），并通过文献中发现的不同案例研究来呈现这些方法。
