Cu$_2$O 中冷 1s 激子在谐振势阱中的玻色子激发

摘要
研究在 CuO 中通过应变诱导势井进行的两光子激发生成的冷激子云的密度分布，实验温度为 2 K。我们发现，在势阱最小值处出现一种异常尖峰，可解释为激子聚集进入基态的结果。这种聚集现象可归因于通过声子辐射介导的冷激子受激散射。讨论了准激子形成热力学玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚的可能性。
