摘要

我们研究了从玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚到BCS凝聚的演化过程中，铜氧化物超导体的超流密度。过掺杂和锌替代的铜氧化物体系表现出微观相分离中超流密度降低的特征。在所有情况下， $T_{c}$ 对超流体积密度 $n_{s}$ 的标度都表明玻色凝聚的重要性。
