我们报告了在 GaAs/AlGaAs 结构中观察到的极化子玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚的标准特性，这些特性此前在许多低温实验中已被观察到。这些效应包括极化子的非线性能量位移，表明它们并非非相互作用的光子，并且由于相干性导致的显著线宽缩小，在室温下无需外部稳定即可实现 0.24 meV 的谱线宽度的相干发射。这开辟了基于极化子凝聚的室温非线性光学器件的可能性。
