多探针宇宙学实验的盲分析法

摘要

盲分析的目标是隐藏实验的关键结果——此处指推断出的宇宙学参数——直到所有影响其分析的决定均已最终确定。这在当前精度宇宙学时代尤为重要,因为任何新实验的结果都会被仔细审查,以检验其与先前结果的一致性或张力。在结合多个观测探针的分析中,例如暗能量巡天(DES)中星系聚类与弱引力透镜的结合,在盲化结果的同时保留检查数据不同部分之间(不)一致性的能力是一项挑战。我们提出了一种简单的新盲化变换,其通过修改输入到参数估计的汇总统计量(如两点相关函数)来工作。该变换将测得的统计量移至与(盲)偏移的宇宙学参数一致的新值,同时保留内部(不)一致性。我们将该盲化变换应用于模拟的DES第三年星系聚类与弱引力透镜分析数据,证明在不显著扰动内部一致性检验的情况下实现了实际盲化,此处以数据与最佳拟合模型间χ2\chi^2的退化为度量。我们的盲化方法在实验向更高精度发展时能更精确地保持χ2\chi^2
