在电信波长激发下通过二次、三次和四次谐波产生作为多色源的铽铁矿介电纳米颗粒

摘要

我们展示了由 1560 nm 电信光纤激光器激发的单个铽铁矿介电纳米颗粒同时产生二次、三次和四次谐波。我们首先从光谱、激发强度依赖性和相对信号强度方面表征了与不同非线性阶次相关的信号。随后,基于三次谐波的偏振分辨发射曲线,我们讨论了不同阶次下极化率张量分量的相互作用,并展示了如何将偏振作为光学手段来控制相对频率转换特性。
