基于支持向量机预测技术的电力市场竞价策略

摘要
电力市场参与者高度关注市场价格的演变。各种技术已被开发用于价格预测。支持向量机（SVM）在市场电价预测中表现出良好的性能。本文提出了两种基于 SVM 构建市场竞价策略的方法。一种方法基于价格预测精度，据此定义了被拒绝风险；另一种方法则考虑了生产者自身报价的影响。通过参数设置来控制与竞价相关的风险。所提出的方法已在数值算例中进行了测试。
