摘要

首次给出了 GaN 中近 N K 边的共振非弹性 X 射线散射（RIXS）的系统实验数据。光谱结构的激发能依赖性表现了源于 RIXS 过程动量选择性的能带结构效应。这一发现允许获得 GaN 晶体和纳米结构的 k 分辨能带结构信息。
