摘要
本文提出了一种具有有序方差（ordered variance）的新型自编码器（AEO），其损失函数经过修改，加入了方差正则化项以强制潜在空间中的顺序。此外，该自编码器使用 ResNets 进行了改进，形成了 ResNet AEO（RAEO）。本文还阐述了 AEO 和 RAEO 在无监督设置中提取输入变量之间非线性关系的有效性。
