摘要

支持刚刚开始探索天文学研究的早期职业天文学家,对于增加该领域多元化从业者的留存率至关重要。自 2010 年以来,Astrobites 在吸引社区成员——尤其是本科生与研究生——参与研究方面发挥了重要作用。在本白皮书里,Astrobites 合作团队概述了我们多方面的在线教育平台,该平台既缓解了进入天文学研究的过渡,又促进了包容性的职业发展机会。我们还就天文学界如何在未来十年降低天文学研究入门壁垒提供了建议。
