本文档记录了 2018 年 3 月 5-6 日在西班牙巴塞罗那举行的首届人类行为与机器智能（HUMAINT）研讨会的成果。该研讨会由欧洲委员会联合研究中心高级研究中心的一项新研究计划组织，该计划聚焦于研究人工智能对人类行为的潜在影响。研讨会汇集了一组跨学科专家，以确立该领域最先进的研究以及关于人类与机器智能、算法对人类认知能力与决策的潜在影响、以及评估与监管需求等主题有待解决的未来研究挑战。本文档由每位专家提供的简短立场声明与挑战识别组成，并纳入了研讨会期间讨论的结果。在结论部分，我们提供了一份近期有待解决的新兴研究主题与策略清单。
