摘要

西蒙斯天文台(SO)是一套对宇宙微波背景(CMB)的温度和偏振敏感的仪器,将位于智利阿塔卡马沙漠的塞罗托科。五台望远镜(一台大口径望远镜和四台小口径望远镜)将承载约 70,000 个高度复用的跃迁边沿传感器(TES)探测器,工作于 100 mK。每个 SO 焦平面模块(UFM)将 1,764 个 TES 耦合到微波复用(uMux)读出电路中的微波谐振器上。在探测器集成之前,100 mK 的 uMux 组件被封装成复用模块(UMM),并独立验证以确保满足 SO 性能规范。在此我们介绍用于中频(90/150 GHz)和超高频(220/280 GHz)UFM 的这些 UMM 读出封装的组装研制。
