用于反氢生产的低能散反质子束

摘要

我们开发了从 ASACUSA 反质子积累阱(MUSASHI 阱)到反氢生产阱(双尖点阱)的低能反质子传输。传输线后的纵向反质子能散为 0.23 ± 0.02 eV,而 2012 年所用先前方法为 15 eV。这一降低通过带有若干脉冲驱动同轴线圈的绝热传输束线实现。反氢原子通过将反质子直接注入正电子等离子体来合成,从而获得了更高的产率。
