摘要
我们通过 traveling-solvent floating-zone (TSFZ) 技术制备了一系列 x = 0.063 - 0.125 的高品质亚掺杂 La2-xSrxCuO4 超导体单晶。通过直流磁力测量，我们发现这些单晶系列中，超导转变在 x = 1/16 和 x = 1/9 附近的空穴密度处非常锐利，而在这两个“魔数”之外则明显更宽，Meissner Fraction 也在 x = 1/9 附近显示出显著的最小值。我们得出结论，这些现象反映了该 cuprate 系统的内在性质。我们的观察在最近提出的复合电荷模型以及电荷非均匀性和电子相分离的背景下进行讨论。
