种子束中平行速度的异常冷却

摘要
我们测量了通过将锂种子在氩气中产生的锂超声速束的平行速度分布。锂的平行温度显著低于计算出的氩载气的平行温度。我们将超声速冷却理论扩展到高稀释极限下计算种子气体的平行温度。由此获得的理论结果与我们的观测结果非常一致。
