二氟化物 RB12 (R- Ho, Er, Tm, Lu) 中的异常电荷输运

摘要
我们首次对稀土二氟化物 RB12 (R - Ho, Er, Tm, Lu) 的单晶进行高精度测量，测量了 1.8 - 300K 区间的霍尔系数 R_H(T) 和 Seebeck 系数 S(T)。在 HoB12、ErB12 和 TmB12 化合物中检测到与反亚磁相变相关的低温异常，这些异常体现在 R_H(T) 和 S(T) 的温度依赖性中。我们估算的电荷载子迁移率使我们能够得出结论，这些含有 B12 原子簇的化合物中自旋涨落对电荷输运有显著影响。
