剥离黑磷的各向异性热导率

摘要
我们确定了氧化铝钝化黑磷（BP）——一种具有强面内各向异性的反应性二维纳米材料——的各向异性热导率。我们通过时域热反射法测量了剥离黑磷三个晶轴在室温下的热导率。之字形（zigzag）方向的热导率（86 ± 8 W/(m*K)）约为扶手椅（armchair）方向（34 ± 4 W/(m*K)）的2.5倍。
