SmFeAsO0.85F0.15中的各向异性相图与超导涨落

我们报道了通过比热测定最优掺杂SmFeAsO1-xFx单晶的各向异性相图。在零场下,最优掺杂化合物在C/T中显示出清晰的尖峰状异常,在Tc = 49.5 K处ΔC/Tc = 24 mJ/molK2。在沿c轴施加的磁场中,我们发现由超导涨落引起的显著展宽和比热异常的抑制,这可以用三维最低朗道能级标度来描述,其上临界场斜率为-3.5 T/K,各向异性Γ = 8。ΔC/Tc的小值给出了索末菲系数γ ~ 8 mJ/molK2,表明SmFeAsO1-xFx具有适中的态密度和强耦合特征。
