BaTiO_3 单晶的非简谐性

摘要
通过使用 Landau 热力学展开分析介电非线性，我们找到了一种简单直接的方法来评估八阶项的重要性。遵循这种方法，证明了八阶项对于充分描述 BaTiO_3 的顺电/铁电相变至关重要。相应地重新考虑了四次系数 \beta 的温度依赖性，并且其符号在 165°C 以上的变化有力地证明了这一点。所有这些发现都证实了该材料强烈的极化非简谐性，这对于经典的位移型铁电体来说是出乎意料的。
