摘要

我们提出一种替代流行的Cronbach alpha信度系数的信息论方法。所提指标特别适用于以严格非数值尺度计分的情境，其基于定义在响应样本空间上的分布的熵的函数。我们的信度指标与Cronbach alpha系数一致地跟踪，同时具有本文详细讨论的其他若干优势。
