我们在近期推出的 EPIC-Kitchens 数据集上对当代动作识别模型（TSN、TRN 和 TSM）进行了基准测试，并在 GitHub (https://github.com/epic-kitchens/action-models) 上发布了预训练模型以供他人使用。与 Kinetics、Something-Something、UCF101 和 HMDB51 等流行的动作识别数据集不同，EPIC-Kitchens 以自我中心视角拍摄，并捕获真实场景中的日常动作。在本报告中，我们旨在理解这些模型能在多大程度上应对该数据集存在的挑战，例如其长尾类分布、未见环境测试集以及多任务（动词、名词和动作分类）。我们讨论了这些模型的不足以及未来研究的方向。
