测试驱动开发中新手开发者情感反应的实证评估

摘要
我们研究测试驱动开发(Test-Driven Development, TDD)是否在何种阶段影响新手开发者在愉悦、唤醒、支配和喜好方面的情感状态。我们对29名新手开发者实施了受控实验。处理组的开发者使用TDD执行开发任务，而控制组使用非TDD开发方法。我们利用一种轻量、强大且广泛使用的工具即自我评估人形(Self-Assessment Manikin)，比较了对开发方法以及对实现与测试阶段的情感反应。我们观察到两种开发方法在情感反应方面存在差异。因此，情感反应似乎在应用TDD时起着重要作用，对其研究可帮助研究者更好地理解此类开发方法。
