电子喷射泵：费米液体的文丘里效应

摘要
研究了一种基于二维电子系统的三端器件在非平衡输运状态下的行为。激发电子与冷费米海散射，并将能量和动量传递给其他电子。采用类似于水喷射泵的几何结构来创建电子喷射泵。由于其现象学上的相似性，我们将观察到的行为命名为“电子文丘里效应”。
