摘要
乳腺癌（BC）是全球女性中最常见的癌症，约 20-25% 的 BC 为 HER-2 阳性。HER-2 的分析对于确定乳腺癌患者的适当疗法至关重要。病理医生间测试结果的差异会影响诊断准确性。本研究旨在提出一种自动 HER-2 评分算法。该技术基于颜色特征，完全自动化且避免分割，在实验中与一名病理医生的吻合度高于 90%。
