可持续发展是实现人类发展目标的框架。它提供自然系统交付自然资源和生态系统服务的能力。可持续发展对经济社会至关重要。人工智能（AI）近年来受到越来越多的关注，有潜力在许多领域产生积极影响。AI 是追求长期可持续性中常用的组成部分。在本研究中，我们探讨 AI 对可持续发展三大支柱——社会、环境和经济的影响，以及众多案例研究，从中可推断 AI 在农业、废物分类、智能水管理和供暖、通风与空调（HVAC）系统等领域的影響。此外，我们提出基于 AI 的实现可持续发展目标（SDGs）的战略，其对孟加拉国等发展中国家有效。我们提出的框架可减少 AI 的负面影响并促进该技术的主动性。
