摘要
本文提出了一种利用逻辑匹配进行无比对序列比较的算法。在此，我们使用模糊隶属度值来计算得分，这些值由匹配和错配的数量自动生成。我们用人工数据和真实数据演示了该方法。通过分析取自 NCBI 数据库的 DNA 序列并以新颖的计算时间进行分析，结果展示了所提方法的独特性。
