我们对一种针对状态变化有界的系统的突变检测启发式方法进行了分析。所提出的分析基于由系统观测值构建的历史矩阵的奇异值分解 (SVD)。我们表明，监测历史矩阵的最大奇异值可用作检测系统输出中突变的启发式方法。我们为所提出的启发式方法提供了充分的可检测性条件。作为一个应用案例，我们考虑了检测针对电力系统的恶意网络数据攻击，并在 IEEE 39 总线测试平台上测试了我们提出的启发式方法。
