石墨烯中的阿哈罗诺夫-玻姆效应与相对论性科尔比诺效应:两种量子干涉现象的比较研究

摘要

本文对石墨烯中阿哈罗诺夫-玻姆环和科尔比诺盘的磁场效应进行了分析性研究,涉及电导、散粒噪声功率以及第三电荷转移累积量。这两种不同的物理机制导致了非常相似的磁输运行为。在讨论第三累积量对磁场的依赖性时,揭示了两者之间的差异。
