敏捷与以学生为中心的敏捷/Scrum 教学

摘要
本文讨论了我们在设计和教授软件工程项目管理课程时的经验，课程重点为敏捷/Scrum 开发与需求工程活动。自 2020 年起，该课程 undergoing 根本性变更，以更贴近学生、更灵活的方式进行教学。随着许多大学不再在学期末进行面对面考试，真实评估工作变得比以往更加重要。这使得对大规模学生群体的评估工作更加具有挑战性，尤其是要对学生作品进行及时且公平的评分。我们总结了所学经验，或许为向 undergraduate 和 postgraduate 学生教授敏捷/Scrum 概念提供了有价值的见解。我们还分析了哪些课程结构可能有效支持混合式学习方法，以及何种在线评估结构既能保持真实性又能在大规模学生群体中保持可扩展性。
