准相位匹配材料中的精确开关强度与长度尺度

摘要
我们考虑准相位匹配(QPM)二次非线性材料中的无种子 I 型二次谐波产生，并推导出平均强度演化的精确解析表达式。发现了由 QPM 诱导的三次非线性引起的强度依赖非线性相位失配。最大转换强度的等效公式（其跨越会改变基波在一个周期内的非线性相移突变 ）将早期的估计修正了超过 5 倍。我们找到了在该分界线强度两侧获得最优平坦相位-强度响应所需的晶体长度。
