聚合物 ac 电导率研究中的电阻网络与传递矩阵方法：以聚苯胺为例

摘要
提出了一种电阻网络统计模型，用于描述聚合物结构并模拟其交流电阻率的实部与虚部。该模型考虑了材料的无质分散性以及分子内外电荷传输过程。通过应用传递矩阵技术，成功再现了在不同掺杂程度和不同温度下聚苯胺薄膜的 ac 电阻率测量结果。我们的结果表明，在低频区域内核散射过程主导电阻率行为，而在高频区域，分子内机制则占主导。
