摘要
本文分析了两种不同的提议，一种由 Ellis 和 Brundrit 基于经典相对论宇宙学提出，另一种由 Garriga 和 Vilenkin 基于量子力学的 DH 解释提出，两者均得出结论：在无限宇宙中，行星和生命体必定会重复无限次。我们指出了这些作者的论证中可能存在的一些缺陷。我们的结论是，空间中历史无限重复的思想严格来说不能被视为当前物理学和宇宙学的推论。按照 John Horgan 的术语，此类思想应被视为「讽刺科学」的实例。
