利用Tunka-133阵列的数据，对能量高于1 PeV的宇宙线到达方向进行了不同尺度的各向异性搜索。通过洗牌技术，在完整数据集及其不同能量范围的子集中，发现了多个角大小约30度、偏离均匀背景的统计显著性大于三个标准差的区域。一些宇宙线过剩区域与可能的宇宙线源分布相关。将结果与EAS MSU阵列的遗留数据进行了类似分析比较。
