LLM 在分层规划中的集成路线图

最近的大语言模型（LLM）进步正在推动其集成到多个推理相关领域，包括自动规划（AP）。然而，LLM 在分层规划（HP）中的集成——即利用分层知识来提升规划性能的 AP 子领域——仍鲜有探索。本 preliminary 工作提出了一条路线图，以弥补这一差距并发挥 LLM 为 HP 所需的潜力。为此，我们提出了一种集成方法分类，探讨了 LLM 如何在 HP 生命周期中被利用。此外，我们提供了一个基准测试，配有标准化数据集用于评估未来 LLM 基于 HP 的方法的性能，并呈现了针对最先进 HP 规划器和 LLM 规划器的初始结果。如预期般，后者表现有限（仅 3% 正确计划，且没有正确的分层分解），但为未来方法提供了有价值的基准。
