基于^6Li掺杂脉冲分形判别塑料光敏器的反应器反中子探测器原型

摘要

描述了一个包含36个^6Li掺杂脉冲形态敏感塑料光敏器条形的2维阵列构成的地面60kg反应器反中子探测器原型。每根条形长度为50cm,十字截面为5.5cm。掺杂^6Li浓度为质量的0.1%,该探测器能够识别反应器反中子通过逆碰撞β衰变反应的相关能量沉积。每根条形被漆面反射材料包裹,将光子引导至两端安装的PMT。本文概述了该系统的构建、关键特征及主要性能特征。该系统依赖于多个可观测量,如脉冲形态分离(PSD)、能量、位置和时间,能够检测IBD类中子相关背景、长寿命衰变链以及宇宙射线同位素。
