摘要
本文提出了一种新型基于 Web 的学生年度评审信息系统 (SARIS) 及针对中国国家留学基金委 (CSC) 公派留学生成功率的预测方法。开发该系统的主要目标是节约纸质成本、降低数据丢失风险、缩短处理时间并减少筛选成功学生的延迟。所提出的系统和预测方法旨在供中国国家留学基金委使用；然而，SARIS 及其预测方法具有相当的通用性，也可被其他奖学金机构采用。
