Baldin 求和定则的新评估

摘要
根据最新的光吸收截面测量，重新计算了核子的 Baldin 求和定则。质子值 (alpha + beta)_p = 13.69 ± 0.14 虽较小但与文献中通常引用的值一致。然而，中子值 (alpha + β)_n = 14.40 ± 0.66 与此前计算的值偏离了三个标准偏差。
